Israel Online Weekly Practice Sessions

We invite you to join us for free Breath-Body-Mind Practice Sessions online. We offer 45-minute sessions 3 times a week. Each session includes gentle movements and coherent breathing to soothe, balance, and strengthen the nervous system for better health and resilience. There will be opportunities for discussion and Q&A. 

Sessions will be held on:

  • Sundays 20:30 - 21:15 (1:30 - 2:15 pm EST) in Hebrew.

  • Wednesdays 21:00 - 21:45 (2:00 - 2:45 pm EST) in English.

  • Thursdays 21:00 - 21:45 (2:00 - 2:45 pm EST) in Hebrew.
