Join international experts to experience natural healing methods for recovery from disasters. In this free live online stress and trauma relief program, learn unique evidence-based mind-body practices to strengthen the ability to withstand elevated levels of stress while caring for others, sharpen mental focus, overcome fatigue, reduce physical pain, and support recovery from trauma.

Teachers and other educators need methods to restore and maintain their psychological and physical health so that they can continue caring for their families, students, and communities. This program will be recorded and made available to everyone who registers.

11:00-11:40: Dr. Richard Brown teaches simple, gentle, powerful movement and breathing practices that quickly relieve stress, tension, and anxiety. These can be done sitting, standing, or lying down, even by people with physical injuries.

11:40-12:20: Dr. Gerbarg lectures with slides and video clips: The scientific basis for Breath-Body-Mind (BBM) practices, clinical research, and how BBM helps children affected by stress and trauma.

12:20-12:30: 10-minute break.

12:30-1:10: Jyoti Jo Manuel, founder of Special Yoga for Children with Special Needs, demonstrates practices for helping children affected by stress and trauma.

1:10-2:00: Dr. Brown and Dr. Gerbarg continue discussing Q&A with those who can stay.
